File a Claim

When to file a claim

Filing a claim should be done when you believe you have property damage that would EXCEED your deductible. If there is apparent damage and a claim needs to be filed, we suggest turning that claim in as soon as the damage is discovered to ensure the protection of your property. It is the responsibility of the insured to report the damage in a timely manner and to take every precaution to protect the property from further damage.

How to file a claim

Filing a claim is simple and can be done in several ways in just a few minutes. The basic information needed to file a claim would be:

  1. Date of Loss
  2. Description of Occurrence
  3. Best Contact Number.

You may file a claim by entering your information below or simply calling our office!

We are here to serve our policyholders and strive to make the claim process as stress-free as possible.

What happens next?

After a claim is filed with our office, we will assign an adjuster to your claim. The independent claims adjuster will contact you to schedule a day and time to inspect your property claim. Approximately 7-10 business days after the property inspection is completed you will receive your claim report via USPS.

If there is a payable claim you will need to return the signed Proof of Loss (POL), to our office via mail, fax, or email. Once a POL is returned, a check will be issued and the claim will be closed.
